Do all my technicians need the training?
Every technician who works on a job we refer must have passed our competence check. You can bring new staff in at the next training.
Can partners ask for help on a job?
Yes. Call our engineers to identify a contaminant, test cleaning water, choose the product or join a difficult first clean on site.
How do referrals work?
When a client asks us for a cleaning in your area, we put them in touch with you, with what we already know about the site.
